Five sick people lived in a house

Or at least they lived in an apartment together. Several of the sick people were very short and didn't know how to properly blow their noses. Two of those short people like to take medicine. One of them does not.

None of them wanted to take naps today. Their sick mother did. Thank you PBS for Maya & Miguel and Curious George. It bought me just enough of a break that everyone survived the day intact. The kidlings and now sleeping snug in their beds.

You know the beds with all of the clean sheets. Did you know that when you have sick children, you will have a lot of sheet laundry to do? I knew this but seem to forget this fact as soon as they are well again. My washer has been very busy with sheets, bed covers and blankets. Yes, we use blankets in this very hot place. We also use flannel sheets. All year long.

Hopefully we will all be feeling just a little bit better tomorrow. The kids will enjoy another day of TV in Little Girl's room. Something that is of limits unless someone is sick. I will enjoy cleaning clean the things that have been ignored for the past few days. All will be well.

At least it better be because I'm tired of everyone being sick. It sucks.
